- From this page, you can modify all your personal information and complete your profile.

- Click on “My Account” then click on “Click here if you lost your password”.
- Fill the form and you will receive a new password by email, created in a random way, which you will be able to modify (see
“How to change my password?”).
- Click on “My Account” and log in.
- Click on “My Information” then on “My Password”.
- Fill in the different fields and click on “OK” to confirm the change.

- Click on “My Account” and log in.

- Click on the link “If you want to delete your account, click here” and confirm your choice.

II - MY PURCHASES
- When you want to purchase a product, choose your size and the quantity and then click on “Add to my basket”.
- Each time you add a product, a window will propose you to continue shopping or to checkout. To complete your order, you can either click on “Checkout” in this window or on “My Basket” at any time.
Once in your basket:
- You can change the quantity of each product by clicking on “Add one” or “Remove one” under its name.
- If you have a promotional code, fill the field “Promotional Code” and click on “OK”.
- The shipping costs are only given if you already informed the website of your home country. If not, they will be given to you at a later stage of the checkout. (Our shipping costs are also available in this FAQ, see question
“What are the delay and cost of a delivery? ”)
- You can go back to the E-shop in order to add other products to your basket at any moment. Your basket is saved during all the time you’re visiting the website.
> Once done, click on “Pay my basket” and follow the following stages:
Stage 1 – Sign In / Register
- If you have a personal account, log in.
- If you do not have a personal account, click on “Create your account” and fill in the form.
Stage 2 – Address & Delivery Options
- Fill in the fields of the “Billing Address” section.
- If you don’t want to be delivered at your billing address, tick the box “Deliver to another address” and fill in the new form.
- You can also ask for a gift wrap by ticking the box “Gift wrap your order”. You will then have the possibility to add a gift message.
- Accept the terms and conditions of sale if you agree with them. You can read them by clicking on “terms and conditions”.
- Click on “Continue” to go to the next step.
Stage 3 – Review And Payment Options
- Check the content of your order. You can still change the quantity of each product by clicking on “Add one” or “Remove one” under the name of each product, as well as add a promotional code if you have one.
- Choose your method of payment by clicking on the adequate logo.
Stage 4 – Payment
- You will be redirected to the secured website of the “LCL – Le Crédit Lyonnais”. Your banking information will never be shared with Stella Cadente.
- Fill in the form and confirm your order.
- If the bank approves the order, you will be redirected to a confirmation page and you will receive a confirmation email.
- You will be able to follow the status of your orders from the section “My Orders” located in the “My Information” section. You will also be notified by email when your package has been shipped.
- The payment is processed through the secured website of the “LCL – Le Crédit Lyonnais” bank.
- Your banking information will never be shared with Stella Cadente’s website.
During the payment process, you will need to:
- Provide the address of the person you’re offering the gift to (in the “Delivery address” section).
- Tick the box “Gift wrap your order” and write a gift message which will be printed on a gift card (in the “Gift options” section).
- Click on “My Account” and log in.
- Click on “My Information” then on “My Orders”.
- From this page, you will find back the information about all your orders. You will need them when contacting us for information or complaint purposes.

- Delivery delays are different from one country to another. Please refer to the table below for information about the shipping company and the average delay.
- If your country doesn’t appear in the list below, we won’t be able to deliver you.
- You will be informed by email or phone of any change in the delivery delay.

- You have 30 days to exchange a product.
- A product sent for an exchange must be new, never worn, in its original package and with its labels.
> You can exchange your product in two ways:
1 - Returning your item
- Send us an email at the following address:
eshop@stella-cadente.com, in which you will specify the references of the products you want to exchange and the references you want in exchange.
- Once the exchange confirmed by Stella Cadente, send us back your product with a copy of the invoice and the exchanged products form to the following address: STELLA CADENTE - 93 quai de Valmy - 75010 Paris. The shipping back costs are at your charge. Don’t forget to keep a copy of your shipment documents.
- If you wish to change the size or the colour of the product, specify it and your new product will be sent without additional shipping costs.
If you wish to change your product by a product of an higher value:
- Specify the name of the product, its size and colour.
- Contact us by phone (+33 1 42 09 27 00) to carry out the payment by credit card or send us a cheque of the price difference.
2 - Exchange in shop
- Visit the Stella Cadente’s shop located at “93 quai de Valmy - Paris 10th”. Bring back your invoice in order to carry out the exchange.

- You have 7 days to return your product.
- You must send back the product with a copy of the invoice to the following address: STELLA CADENTE - 93 quai de Valmy - 75010 Paris. The initial expenses of shipping will be paid back but the shipping back costs are at your charge. Don’t forget to keep a copy of your shipment documents.
- If the product is new, never worn, in its original package and with its labels, you will be reimbursed on the credit card used for the purchase, in a delay of 30 days.
